Fix3DFile is designed so your model remains on your device while it is diagnosed and repaired.

STL files stay in your browser
The application reads the STL file you select using browser APIs and processes copied geometry in local Web Workers. The application does not intentionally upload your STL, repaired model, file name, repair report, or model measurements to Fix3DFile, an AI service, or an application database.
No accounts or advertising analytics
Fix3DFile does not offer user accounts and does not include advertising trackers or product-analytics scripts on the repair page. It does not sell personal information.
Page-session acceptance and offline support
Your Terms acceptance applies only to the current page session and is not sent to an application database. A service worker may cache the application shell—such as pages, scripts, styles, the manifest, and icons—so the tool can load offline. Selected STL files and repaired output are not placed in that application cache.
Hosting and security information
Like nearly every website, the hosting and network providers that deliver the application may automatically receive ordinary request information such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, and security events. Those providers handle that information under their own policies and operational retention practices. This infrastructure data does not include the STL bytes processed locally by the application.
Children
The service is a general-audience utility, is not directed to children under 13, and may not be used by anyone under 13. Users aged 13–17 may use it only with parent or legal guardian permission and supervision. Fix3DFile does not ask users to submit a birthdate, identity document, or age-verification record.
Policy changes
If the application later adds accounts, uploads, analytics, payments, or other data collection, this policy and the acceptance flow must be updated before those features are used.
